I charge a 60% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. 30% fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of appointment when there is no reschedule made. You are allowed one reschedule of your appointment (if done within 48 hours)without a fee charged. Fee will be charged to card on file that was used when booking. You have a 10 minute grace period to be late after that there is a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will be considered canceled and you will be charged as a no show
